Human Embryonic Stem Cell Lines

The Allen Institute has generated a variety of human embryonic stem cell lines that report the expression of selected genes, or cause the disruption of target genes. Selected lines are available through WiCell's Allen Institute Stem Cell Collection for Early Human Brain Development. Other lines, as well as vectors and plasmid maps, are available by request.

The Allen Institute for Brain Science uses a unique approach to generate data, tools and knowledge for researchers to explore the biological complexity of the mammalian brain. This portal provides access to high quality data and web-based applications created for the benefit of the global research community.
